How to make it

  • Bring to a boil everything except the fruit in a medium sauce pot.(For best results use a stainless steel or non-metallic pan.
  • Stir until the honey dissolves; the heaviness at the bottom of the pan will disappear.
  • Use Wooden spoon to skim off the film that rises, until clear.
  • Add the fruit, squeezing before placing in the water.
  • Cool completely
  • Strain
  • Pour into a bottle
  • Store in the refrigerator.
