How to make it
- Bring to a boil everything except the fruit in a medium sauce pot.(For best results use a stainless steel or non-metallic pan.
- Stir until the honey dissolves; the heaviness at the bottom of the pan will disappear.
- Use Wooden spoon to skim off the film that rises, until clear.
- Add the fruit, squeezing before placing in the water.
- Cool completely
- Pour into a bottle
- Store in the refrigerator.
