- 3c flour shopping list
- 1 Envelope dry yeast shopping list
- 2t sugar shopping list
- 1/4 t salt shopping list
- 1/4 c olive oil shopping list
- 1c very warm water(120-130 F) shopping list
- 3T parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix 1c flour, yeast,sugar, and salt in a medium bowl
- Add olive oil and water
- Beat on low for 1 minute, scrapping the sides frequently
- Increase to medium for 1 minute
- Mix in remaining flour until the dough is easy to handle
- Turn onto lightly floured surface
- Knead for 7 minutes
- Place in greased bowl and turn once to coat
- Let sit in warm place for 1.5 hours to rise
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Punch down dough and divide into desired amount of pieces
- Form dough into balls let rest for 5 minutes
- Roll each ball 1/2 inch thick
- Place on greased cookie sheet, cover and let rise for 15 minutes
- Prick with fork on tops
- Brush with Olive oil and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake until Golden(about 13-15 minutes)
