Ingredients

1 Florida avocado or 2 hass avocados,thinly sliced

1/4 small red onion,very thinly sliced

1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbs red wine vinegar

salt and fresh ground pepper

Directions

Arrange avocado slices on a platter and top with onion. Drizzle with the olive oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Serve right away

I also do this with tomato and onion. I eliminate the oil and just do a sprinkling of white wine or white vinegar.
