Avocado And Onion Salad

This is a Cuban style salad. People in Cuba dont' have ready access to greens so they start with a simple avocado salad instead.
Ingredients
- 1 Florida avocado or 2 hass avocados,thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/4 small red onion,very thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs red wine vinegar shopping list
- salt and fresh ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange avocado slices on a platter and top with onion. Drizzle with the olive oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Serve right away
