Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients
  • Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs
  • Stir in milk and egg until just moistened
  • Add cheese and mix well
  • On lightly floured surface, roll to 1/2 inch thickness
  • Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter into 15 biscuits
  • Bake 1 inch apart for 8-10 minutes
