Venison Meat Balls Recipe
VENISON MEAT BALLS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cartwright Estate in Richardson, Texas in 2002.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground venison
  • 2 large eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hickory flavored barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except spaghetti sauce together and shape into balls.
  2. Lay balls in bottom of a roasting pan and cover with spaghetti sauce then bake at 350 for 1 hour.
