Bean And Beef Delight

BEAN AND BEEF DELIGHT This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greene Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 can beans with molasses shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 10 small biscuits shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef then drain and place in ungreased round casserole dish.
- Stir in beans, ketchup and brown sugar then mix well.
- Take biscuits and cut in half so that one side is flat.
- Place in two rows around casserole dish leaving middle open then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
