Baked Lamb Chops Recipe

	Pleclare / All my dishes 7 months, 3 weeks ago Crunchy on the outside,tender and moist on the inside,these chops are great. Recipe of the day on Allrecipes but has been around for years and I have done several times. Prep:10m Cook:20m Servings:4	Pleclare

Ingredients

1 egg

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

4(1") lamb chops

2/3c bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

In medium bowl,combine egg and worcestershire sauce;stir well.

Dip each chop in sauce and lightly dredge in bread crumbs.

Arrange chops in 9x13" baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20 mins.,turn and bake 20 mins. more.

I marinate the chops for 1/2 hour in 1/2 worcestershire sauce and 1/2 soy sauce before coating and I use panko crumbs with a little garlic powder and parsley in them.
