Asian Asparagus

- 2 tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot shopping list
- Dash pepper shopping list
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces shopping list
- 1 teaspoon canola oil shopping list
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; set aside
- In a large nonstick skillet or wok, stir-fry asparagus in canola oil until crisp-tender
- Add tomatoes and orange juice mixture; heat through

I noticed early this morning at the market that Asparagus is coming in fresh. I will have to purchase some tomorrow and give this a go! It looks too good. 5
