How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 475.
  • Rinse fillets, pat dry and place rounded side up on an oiled baking sheet.
  • Brush each filler with 1 T mustard.
  • Combine butter, bread crumbs and pecans.
  • Spread 1/4 fo bread crumb mixture over each fillet and press in gently but firmly.
  • Spray each fillet with cooking spray.
  • Bake 13 - 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested and the surface is golden brown.
