Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all dry ingredients well.
  • Rub all sides of meat.
  • Wrap meat in foil and let sit a few hours or overnight in fridge. ( I don't always follow this step)
  • Bake meat wrapped in foil at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
  • You can now either put them in fridge for later grilling (for smokey flavor and to warm up) or put them on a medium hot grill and baste with sauce.
  • I've also altered the spices according to my mood of the day as I'm sure many people do!
