Ingredients
  • 6 - 8 medium pork chops
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Yellow Mustard

Directions
  1. Brush each pork chop with mustard, coating well; set aside.
  2. Combine flour, salt, and paper in a plastic bag.
  3. Place a pork chop in the bag and shake to coat well.
  4. Fry coated chops in 1/4 inch cooking oil over medium high heat until browned.
  5. Place browned chops in 9 x 13 inch baking dish as done.
  6. Combine soup and milk in mixing bowl
  7. Pour mixture over pork chops, spreading evenly
  8. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.

Haven't tried this recipe with mustard before...but sure will the next time I make pork chops! Sometimes one little ingredient can make such a big difference...for example, I usually add a tablespoon of horseradish in my pot roast...great flavor. Thanks!
