How to make it
- Brush each pork chop with mustard, coating well; set aside.
- Combine flour, salt, and paper in a plastic bag.
- Place a pork chop in the bag and shake to coat well.
- Fry coated chops in 1/4 inch cooking oil over medium high heat until browned.
- Place browned chops in 9 x 13 inch baking dish as done.
- Combine soup and milk in mixing bowl
- Pour mixture over pork chops, spreading evenly
- Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
