How to make it

  • Brush each pork chop with mustard, coating well; set aside.
  • Combine flour, salt, and paper in a plastic bag.
  • Place a pork chop in the bag and shake to coat well.
  • Fry coated chops in 1/4 inch cooking oil over medium high heat until browned.
  • Place browned chops in 9 x 13 inch baking dish as done.
  • Combine soup and milk in mixing bowl
  • Pour mixture over pork chops, spreading evenly
  • Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.

    Haven't tried this recipe with mustard before...but sure will the next time I make pork chops! Sometimes one little ingredient can make such a big difference...for example, I usually add a tablespoon of horseradish in my pot roast...great flavor. Thanks!
