How to make it

  • Cut the meat across the grain into thin pieces.
  • Mix with marinade, let set for 1 hour
  • Before frying, add 1 Tablespoon oil and mix.
  • Cut flowerets of broccoli from stems.
  • Cook in boiling water for 1 minute; remove and drain.
  • Garnish the serving plate with cooked broccoli.
  • Add oil and heat the wok. When the oil is hot, add meat.
  • Stir-fry until the color changes and remove.
  • Wipe wok clean and add 2 Tablespoons oil.
  • Stir-fry Extra Stir-Fry Vegetables until fragrant.
  • Add beef and Sauce Mix; toss lightly.
  • Remove and serve.
