Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

- 2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tsps. pumpkin pie spice shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin shopping list
- 1 graham cracker crust shopping list
How to make it
- In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add sugar and spice. Beat until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time mixing until combined.
- Stir in pumpkin
- Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
- Garnish with whip topping
