Chicken Enchilada Casserole

- 3c shredded,cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 pkt.(1.25oz) taco seasoning shopping list
- 2c salsa verde shopping list
- 9 fajita size flour tortillas shopping list
- 1 can(15.5 oz)refried beans,warmed in microwave shopping list
- 8oz. sour cream shopping list
- 3c shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. Mix chicken,taco seasoning,1/2c water and salsa verde in a skillet. Simmer on medium heat for 10 mins.
- Coat 13x9" pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cover bottom of pan with 3 flour tortillas,overlapping. Pour half of the chicken mixture on the tortillas. Cover with 3 more tortillas. Spread with w and the sour cream.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the beans and sour cream and cover with warmed beans and sour cream and cover with 3 remaining tortillas. Top with remaining chicken mixture,followed by remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 to 28 mins,until bubbly.

Nice combo of Mex ingredients, I like these layered casseroles, they are always easy to make and great for those days when we want a no fuss meal in a hurry.
