found this recipe looking thru some of my familys old recipes,, dont recall eating it but is sounds great so here it goes!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. butter , melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1- 9 inch unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped peanuts

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine peanut butter, corn syrup , brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Beat until well blended.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Sprinkle peanuts over filling
  6. Bake 10 minutes
  7. Reduce oven to 350 and bake 35 - 40 min, until center is set.
  8. Transfer to wire rack to cool
  9. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
