TREMENDOUSLY GOOD MEXICAN CHICKEN This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stephens Estate in Greenville, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • Corn chips
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onions
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Directions
  1. Line dish with corn chips then combine all ingredients except cheese and pour over corn chips.
  2. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
