Turkey Mushroom Casserole

- 6 slices bacon shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 4 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces drained shopping list
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup shopping list
- 1 cup dairy sour cream shopping list
- 3 cups cut up cooked turkey shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 cups baking mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350 then grease 2 quart round casserole.
- Fry bacon until crisp then remove from skillet and crumble.
- Cook and stir onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms in bacon fat until tender.
- Stir in soup, sour cream, turkey, salt, pepper and bacon then heat until bubbly.
- Spread in casserole then mix remaining ingredients just until moist.
- Spread over turkey mixture then bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
