- 1 large ripe tomato shopping list
- 8 ounces blue cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil leaves shopping list
- Three vinegar Vinaigrette: shopping list
- 1/3 cup sherry vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped sage shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped thyme shopping list
- 2 cups olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all dressing ingredients together then slice tomato into 4 slices.
- Arrange each slice on a plate and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
- Crumble 2 ounces of the blue cheese into each serving and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
