Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup light butter softened
  • 1/3 cup packed splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1/4 cup splenda suga blend for baking
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups nestle toll house semi sweet chocolate chunks

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350F
  2. COMBINE flour and baking soda in small bowl
  3. beat peanut butter butter splenda brown sugar blend and splenda sugar blend for baking i large mixer bowl until creamy
  4. beat in egg and vanilla extract
  5. gradually beat in flour mixture
  6. stir in chunks
  7. press into uncreased 13x9-inch bakin pan distirbuting chunks evenly
  8. bake for 18 to minutes or until center is set.cool completely in pan on wire rack.cut into triangles
