Winter Melon soup

- 1kg winter melon without skin (seeded and cut into pieces) shopping list
- 1 whole chicken (with bones) shopping list
- 10 red dates (cored) shopping list
- 8 cups water shopping list
- some salt shopping list
- 1tbsp soy sause shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse the chic and cut into pieces.
- Blanch into boiling water for a while, remove and drained.
- Wash the red dates in warm water.
- Season the chic with salt and later wash away some of the salt.
- Place all ingrdients into a deep pot, pour in the water and bring to boil.
- Cover, cook over low heat for approximately 2 hours.
- Lastly add in the soy sauce and some salt to taste. Serve hot.
