How to make it

  • Seperrate the egg whites from the yolks and put them itno seperate bowls
  • whip the whites with a mixer untill they swell up and go snow white
  • In the bowl with yolks put the mascarpone cheese and sugar whip the ingredients with a mixer until they become a gentle cream.
  • add the meringue and whip again.
  • put the bisquits on the bottom of a big bowl and pour them with amaretto
  • on the top of the bisquits put the cream we've made before grate the chocolate and powdered it on the top.
  • put it to the frigde before ripping it off! ENJOY!
