How to make it

  • Melt dark chocolate and add butter and let it melt too.Turn off the heat and take the vessel off.
  • When the mixture is cold add one egg yolk and whip it with power!
  • when it's smooth add the rest of the yolks as well as smashed almonds and brown sugar whiping constantly.
  • In a seperate bowl whip the whites into meringue
  • add sugar and 1 tablespoon amaretto
  • when the cream is ready combine it with the chocolate mixture stirring from downwards to upwards so that the cake will be fluffy!
  • Cover the form shapped like a heart with the shinning side of a foil piece.
  • Pour the mixture into the form and bake it for a half an hour at 170 celsious.
  • when the cake is baked and cold place it on a nice dish .
  • whip the milk cream with sugar powder and amaretto and when it's ready to thicken pour it on top of the cake!powder with some cocoa and its ready! ENJOY!
