Chocolate cake with Amaretto cream

- FOR THE CAKE: shopping list
- 250 gr dark chocolate broken in pieces shopping list
- 150 gr butter in cubes shopping list
- 150 gr brown sugar shopping list
- 5 eggs seperated yolks from the whites shopping list
- 30 gr mashed almonds shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Amaretto shopping list
- cocoa powder (for serving) shopping list
- FOR Amaretto CREAM: shopping list
- 14 ml milk cream 35% fat shopping list
- 2 tablespoon sugar powder shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Amaretto shopping list
How to make it
- Melt dark chocolate and add butter and let it melt too.Turn off the heat and take the vessel off.
- When the mixture is cold add one egg yolk and whip it with power!
- when it's smooth add the rest of the yolks as well as smashed almonds and brown sugar whiping constantly.
- In a seperate bowl whip the whites into meringue
- add sugar and 1 tablespoon amaretto
- when the cream is ready combine it with the chocolate mixture stirring from downwards to upwards so that the cake will be fluffy!
- Cover the form shapped like a heart with the shinning side of a foil piece.
- Pour the mixture into the form and bake it for a half an hour at 170 celsious.
- when the cake is baked and cold place it on a nice dish .
- whip the milk cream with sugar powder and amaretto and when it's ready to thicken pour it on top of the cake!powder with some cocoa and its ready! ENJOY!
