Turkey in Mushroom Gravy

- 1 large turkey cut into pieces shopping list
- 1 pouch of Knorr mushroom soup mix shopping list
- 10 mushrooms sliced shopping list
- seasoning salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce( mushroom soy sauce is the best) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 5 cups cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350F
- Salt each piece of turkey
- roast for 2hr with 2 cups of water in a covered roaster.
- meanwhile make the mushroom gravy
- on medium heat, in a large pot add 5 cups of water,soup mix , flour and soy sauce
- whisk it good till it's smooth
- stir once in a while and bring it all to a boil
- boil it for 5 min. and add mushrooms
- When turkey has roasted already take it out
- drain the liquid into a dish( for later use to thin the gravy if needed or for boxed turkey stuffing.)
- Pour mushroom gravy over the turkey and roast it again for another 2hr or to your taste.
