How to make it

  • In a bowl whisk the eggs and the water together. Pour liquid into the breadmaker. Add in the oil, vinegar, powdered milk and honey. In a bowl combine the flours, xanthum gum, sugar and salt, mix together. Pour into the breadmaker and sprinkle the yeast on top. Set breadmaker to basic and 1 1/2 lb. After the bread is cooked allow to cool in the breadmaker for 10 minutes before removing. Cool on a wire rack.

    Hi peeta. just bookmarked your gluten free bread recipe. I am trying to modify my diet somewhat cos' of some health issues, so any gluten free recipe's would be cool! IS gluten sort of like an msg? or am I off the wall here?
