How to make it

  • Beat egg yolks well.
  • Add corn, flour, salt and pepper.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the corn mixture.
  • Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased griddle pan.
  • Cook until golden brown on each side.
  • Drain on paper towel.
