Corn Fritters

I make this when I do not want to make cornbread. I have to double the recipe because there is so many in my brood. It is quick and easy and never any left.
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups creamed style corn shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg yolks well.
- Add corn, flour, salt and pepper.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the corn mixture.
- Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased griddle pan.
- Cook until golden brown on each side.
- Drain on paper towel.
