Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cube butternut, and saute in oil
  • remove from pan when soft
  • brown meat in the same pan
  • in a seperate pot, cook pasta in lotsa salt water, till al dente
  • add butternut to browned meat and ad a little dash of water
  • next add sundried tomato paste and allow to softly boil(about 10 min)
  • strain pasta,but do not rinse with water-the starchy water allows the sauce to stick to the pasta(its essential in this dish)
  • ad olive oil to pasta
  • ad cream to pasta sauce
  • ad sauce to pasta and stir around a few times
  • Enjoy!

    Thanx, wasnt really prepared to put the recipe on today, but i made it for dinner last night, and just couldnt resist. Will ad the recipe for sundried tomato paste later today.
