How to make it

  • put 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and heat up to high
  • put half the garlic in and the onion
  • now stir the tomatos in tothe garlic and onion
  • pour in half the wine and season
  • put the chilli in and stir
  • now add the tumeric and thyme and leave to simmer into a thick sauce if it looks to thick put another splash of wine in
  • in a seperate pan heat up the rest of the oil and stir inthe garlic
  • now add the prawns
  • when the prawns start to change colour add the last of the wine
  • and cook until the wine evapourates or until the prawns are a nice pink colour
  • now put the prawns into the the tomato sauce and mix so the prawns are coated
  • sprinkle the parsley on top and serve with some chappatis or with rice
