Ingredients
  • 1L whip cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 900g box Premium Plus unsalted top crackers
  • (for Mocha flavor add 2 heapfull tablespoons of instant coffee to the cream and sugar before you start whipping it)

Directions
  1. In a large glass bowl pour out cream and sugar
  2. Whip it till cream holds shape(don't over beat)
  3. On a nice large dish or any plate will do, spread a little bit of cream on the bottom (this is so the cake won't slide)
  4. Lay out crackers close to each other resembling a layer of a cake(square or rectangle shape)
  5. Spread cream, covering all the crackers, 1/4 inch thickness
  6. Lay out crackers covering all the cream
  7. Repeat the steps till you're left with cream on the top
  8. On the top you can decorate it with chocolate shaving or like I did for one of my sons.
  9. Chill in the fridge overnight.
