How to make it

  • In a large glass bowl pour out cream and sugar
  • Whip it till cream holds shape(don't over beat)
  • On a nice large dish or any plate will do, spread a little bit of cream on the bottom (this is so the cake won't slide)
  • Lay out crackers close to each other resembling a layer of a cake(square or rectangle shape)
  • Spread cream, covering all the crackers, 1/4 inch thickness
  • Lay out crackers covering all the cream
  • Repeat the steps till you're left with cream on the top
  • On the top you can decorate it with chocolate shaving or like I did for one of my sons.
  • Chill in the fridge overnight.
