This tasty soup comes from the owner of Los Amigos restaurant in Maryville,Tenn. So easy and very tasty.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups chicken stock,broth or other light stock or broth
  • 1 cup cooked chicken,shredded or diced
  • 1 avocado,pitted,peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup yellow or sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 2 red radishes,slivered
  • salt and black pepper

Directions
  1. Bring stock or broth to a boil. Just before serving,stir in chicken.
  2. Garnish with avocado,onion,tomatoes,a dntradishes. Season with salt and pepper.
