Chicken Avocado and Tomato Soup

This tasty soup comes from the owner of Los Amigos restaurant in Maryville,Tenn. So easy and very tasty.
Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock,broth or other light stock or broth shopping list
- 1 cup cooked chicken,shredded or diced shopping list
- 1 avocado,pitted,peeled and diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup yellow or sweet onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced tomato shopping list
- 2 red radishes,slivered shopping list
- salt and black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Bring stock or broth to a boil. Just before serving,stir in chicken.
- Garnish with avocado,onion,tomatoes,a dntradishes. Season with salt and pepper.
