Jetts French Vanilla Cream Pound Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Prepare the cake pan by spraying non-stick spray and lightly dusting the pan with flour.
  • Cut a circle of wax paper on the bottom of the cake pan for easy removal.
  • Place butter in the bowl of electric mixer & cream well
  • Add sugar to butter and mix until light & fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
  • Add vanilla - mix well
  • Gradually add flour & creamer, ending with flour.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Drop batter filled pan on counter to level out batter and eliminate air pockets in the cake.
  • Bake at 350 for approx 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • Don't overbake.
  • Glaze with powdered sugar, vanilla & water if desired.
  • Enjoy!
