How to make it

  • Heat the disc till butter is based. Place chicken and garlic, wait until they are golden brown, at golden time cover all with onion and sweet peppers and wait for a while. Remove, began to add the beer, the amount will depend on the amount of juice or sauce you want. Wait until the chicken is ready and serve. Salt and pepper to taste. you can add thyme, rosemary, etc., that depends on the taste, it also can add carrots, potatoes or spread the chicken pieces on mustard before putting on the disc. IS RECOMMENDED TO MAKE THE CHICKEN WITHOUT SKIN, BECAUSE IS VERY GREASY.
