How to make it

  • Heat the olive oil and butter.
  • Add the onion. Brown.
  • Add the fennel slices with the pepper. Brown.
  • Cover and a bit with water. Cover the pot.
  • When the fennel has softened, add salt to taste. Then add the cream. Heat just enough to heat the cream - don't let it boil.
