  • BEAT EGGS AND ADD OIL AND SUGARS
  • MIX IN APPLE PIE FILLING
  • MIX ALL OTHER DRY INGREDIENTS IN SEPERATE BOWL
  • ADD TO WET, MIX WELL.
  • BAKE IN 9X 13 PAN AT 350 FOR 60 MIN OR UNTIL DONE
  • WHILE CAKE IS COOLING:
  • CREAM TOGETHER SOUR CREAM AND SUGAR
  • HEAT ON MED HEAT IN SAUCEPAN UNTIL SMOOTH AND GLOSSY
  • POKE HOLES IN TOP OF CAKE WITH A FORK
  • POUR ICING OVER TOP WHILE STILL HOT
  • SPRINKLE WITH NUTS AND LET SET
  • ENJOY!!!

    Oops! Sorry ppl, I looked over the recipe and realized that I did not add the 1 tsp of baking soda. Jabec, I'm so sorry if your cake did not turn out, it will not rise properly without the baking soda. My bad.....
