Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add all ingredients together
  • Mix with little water or milk to make a stiff dough
  • Roll out on floured board
  • Cut into shapes or fingers
  • Bake in moderate oven 180o C (or 350oF) for about 5 or 10 minutes or until golden colour
  • Spread with a little marg or butter and serve with a cuppa or with your soup at lunch time.

    My daughter learned to make biscuits in home ec today and came home wanting to make some but had no recipe. From what she remembered, yours matches what her teacher did. Thanks for the post-she's making them tonight.
