Grandma Hudds Cheese Biscuits Recipe
Crunchy cheesy biscuits that are cheap to make and everyone will like. No additives and kids will love them.

Ingredients
  • 50 grams or 2 oz butter
  • 1 cup flour (large)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 50 grams or more of cheese (tasty is best)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • little water/milk to mix

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients together
  2. Mix with little water or milk to make a stiff dough
  3. Roll out on floured board
  4. Cut into shapes or fingers
  5. Bake in moderate oven 180o C (or 350oF) for about 5 or 10 minutes or until golden colour
  6. Spread with a little marg or butter and serve with a cuppa or with your soup at lunch time.
