Pizza Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

3 c raw macaroni, mixed shapes, cooked

1/2 lb bacon, chopped and fried

3/4 lb each, ground beef and pork, cooked with salt and pepper

48 oz spaghetti sauce

1 onion, diced

1 orange bell pepper, sliced

1/2 lb sliced mushrooms

1 med carrot, grated fine

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lb mozzarella, grated

1 lb mild cheddar, grated

Directions

In a large roasting pan or 2 large casseroles, mix all ingredients except cheeses.

Mix cheeses together

Sprinkle cheese on top

Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or til heated thru and bubbly.

Freezes well.

Feel free to change ingredients willy-nilly.
