How to make it

  • Roughly chop all herbs.
  • Combine all ingredients. Mix until just combined and mixture just holds together; longer will make the burgers tough.
  • Form into 6 evenly sized patties.
  • Grill over medium-high to medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
  • Serve with assorted toppings (cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, relish, etc.).

    Ah, we like turkey burgers. We'll try this one, for sure. You might check out the recipe I posted - I don't think it's as good as this, though!

    I've been keeping my eye out for a good turkey burger to try on the grill this summer - I've eaten such excellent ones at restuarants, but just never tried them at home. This sounds perfect - can't wait to try this (maybe for the 4th?).
