Cilantro and lemon sauce

This is great! I made it for my pasta but I am sure it would be tasty on fish, chicken, tofu and anything else your imagination comes up with.
Ingredients
- Fistful of cilantro-cleaned, leaves removed from stems shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1-2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 2 thin strips of lemon rind shopping list
- 1 full squeeze from fresh lemon shopping list
- 1 handful of pine nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except the olive oil into a food processor and blend
- Slowly add the olive oil until blended
