Walnut Basil Spread

Great spread on crackers or stuffed into celery.
Ingredients
- Some type of soft cheese- 8 oz cream cheese, goat cheese, etc... shopping list
- 1/2 cup roasted walnuts- chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp fresh basil- chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic-minced shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil- to taste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar or grated lemon rind shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- seasonings shopping list
How to make it
- Mix ingredients together.
- Makes a gourmet spread.
