Ingredients
  • Some type of soft cheese- 8 oz cream cheese, goat cheese, etc...
  • 1/2 cup Roasted walnuts- chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil- chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic-minced
  • extra virgin olive oil- to taste
  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar or grated lemon rind
  • salt to taste
  • seasonings

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Makes a gourmet spread.
