Hot Cha Cha Melon Salad Recipe

Different fruit salad. Zesty and very refreshing. From First magazine.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cantelope and/or honeydew melon,peeled and seeded
- 1 oranges divided
- 1/2 c prepared olive oil vinaigreet dressing
- 1/4 tsp ea. ground cinnamon,cumin,chipolte pepper
- 2 Tbs chopped golden raisins-and-dried cherries blend
- 1 tsp fresh chopped chives
Directions
- Using melon baller,scoop cantelope into balls. Zest and juice 1 orange. Peel remaining orange and slice into 1/4" rounds.
- In bowl,combine next 3 ingredients,2Tbs orange juice and 1 Tbs orange zest. Stir in dried fruit. Add melon balls;toss gently to coat.
- Arrange orange slices on platter lined with lettuce leaves,if desired. Spoon melon mixture onto orange slices. Sprinkle with chives.

I made this for dinner tonight. I keep eating pieces of it. I hope there is enough left to have with dinner. I am goung to give it another 10 in my mind.
