Baja Chicken Salad

Wonderful chicken salad served in tostada bowls. Crunch in every bite.From First!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp south western seasoning shopping list
- 1 lb. boneless,skinless chicken breast shopping list
- 1 avocado,pitted and cubed shopping list
- 1/4 c milk shopping list
- 2 Tbs lime juice shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 tsp each cumin and salt shopping list
- 3 c mixed salad greens shopping list
- 1 c halved cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 c each sliced black olives and sliced red onions shopping list
- 4 (6") tostada bowls shopping list
How to make it
- Heat grill. Sprinkle seasoning on chicken;place on greased grill rack. Cook 10 mins or till thermometer rads 165. Remove from grill and slice.
- In blender, puree next 6 ingredients. Divide next 4 ingredients,chicken and dressing among tostada bowls.
