Wonderful chicken salad served in tostada bowls. Crunch in every bite.From First!

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp south western seasoning
  • 1 lb. boneless,skinless chicken breast
  • 1 avocado,pitted and cubed
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 Tbs lime juice
  • 2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp each cumin and salt
  • 3 c mixed salad greens
  • 1 c halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c each sliced black olives and sliced red onions
  • 4 (6") tostada bowls

Directions
  1. Heat grill. Sprinkle seasoning on chicken;place on greased grill rack. Cook 10 mins or till thermometer rads 165. Remove from grill and slice.
  2. In blender, puree next 6 ingredients. Divide next 4 ingredients,chicken and dressing among tostada bowls.
