Grilled Pepper Jack Chicken Sanwiches

This is great for summer days. Packed with flavor from zesty cheese and savory bacon.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless,skinless chicken breast halves(4oz. ea.) shopping list
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning shopping list
- 2 center-cut bacon strips,cooked and halved shopping list
- 2 slices pepper jack cheese (1/2oz.ea.) shopping list
- 2 hamburger buns,split shopping list
- 2 lettuce leaves shopping list
- 1 slice onion,seperated into rings shopping list
- 2 slices tomato shopping list
- dill pickle slices shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle chicken with poultry seasoning. Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting grill. Grill chicken,covered,over medium heat for 4 to 7 mins on each side or till juices run clear.
- Top with bacon and cheese;cover and grill 1 to 2 mins longer or until cheese is melted.
- Serve on buns with lettuce,onion,tomato and pickles if desired.
