How to make it

  • Season one 18 ounce salmon filet with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic.
  • Microwave for approximately 7 minutes. Let stand 1 minute.
  • While salmon is microwaving, boil eggs and chop vegetables.
  • Toss everything in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the salad dressing ingredients.
  • Toss salad dressing into salad well.
  • Arrange on a huge platter and serve.
  • Serves 6.
