Chapatti falafel balls and hommos

- 1 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- little water shopping list
- 250g falafel mixture shopping list
- water shopping list
- 150ml vegetable oil shopping list
- hommos to serve shopping list
- chopped parsley to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Place flour and salt in bowl, add enough water that it forms a dough. (Alternatively you can prepare a sourdough starter and add flour to the starter) Divide dough into two, roll out flat, or pat out on a floured surface. Put chapatti on a dry pan and slow cook on low heat until browned, turn and cook other side.
- Mix falafel according to instructions on packet. Roll balls in moist hands and place in very hot oil, turning until evenly cooked. Drain on paper.
- Serve balls with chapatti, drizzled with hommos and chopped parsley or tabouleh salad.
