- 4 big bunches parsley shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 1 small tomato shopping list
- ½ cup olive oil shopping list
- 4 lemon juice shopping list
- ½ cup fine burgul (black or white) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the burgul and drain then keep it for fifteen minutes an until the
- burgul become soft, chop the onion and tomato very small pieces and the parsley very fine then add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and burgul then mix and leave it thirty minutes before serving….could be eaten with the lettuce.
