- • 4 ounces rice flour shopping list
- • 3 eggs shopping list
- • 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- • 1/2 pint milk shopping list
- • 1/2 ounce sugar shopping list
- • 4 ounces sweet-chestnut puree shopping list
- • 4 ounces cornmeal shopping list
- • 1/2 teaspoon tartaric acid shopping list
- • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- • salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs, oil, milk and puree. Mix dry ingredients. Quickly combine together. Spoon mixture onto iron griddle and cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Serve hot with butter and jam.
