How to make it

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium heat then add garlic and green onions and sauté 30 seconds.
  • Add scallops and mushrooms then sauté 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Add tarragon and wine then turn up heat and cook 2 minutes longer.
