How to make it

  • In a large salad bowl combine chopped or slivered turkey, celery, parsley, apple, raisins or craisins. In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, brown sugar, salt and poppy seeds. Whisk well to combine.
  • Add dressing to turkey ingredients and mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Serve in lettuce leaves on a pretty plate!
