This is a simple southern dish that can be served hot or cold and goes well with a hot meal or a summer get together.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup macaroni
  • 1-14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
  • cracked fresh pepper
  • couple dashes salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
  1. Boil macaroni till al dente, drain and return to pot. Add tomatoes, pepper, salt and sugar. Serve from the stove or from the refrigerator.
