How to make it

  • Layer salad ingredients in order given. Mix together sour cream, salsa and chili powder and whisk to combine. Pour over salad ingredients and then top with cheese and crunched Tortilla chips. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  • Note:
  • This looks really pretty in a glass salad bowl as you can see the layers but it serves better in a nice glass 9”x13” dish.

    This sounds like a great picnic or potluck recipe...I love the addition of cabbage--nice crunch! I add cabbage to my tuna salad for sandwiches, and the family loves it! (They were never big tuna salad fans before!)
