Honey Lime Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix

1/3 cup soy sauce (I used the reduced sodium kind)

3 Tbsp honey

3 Tbsp lime juice

1/4 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger)

4 pork chops, 1.5 inches thick

Directions

For marinade, blend all ingredients except pork chops

In a shallow baking dish, pour 1/2 cup marinade over chops and turn to coat

Cover and marinade in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 2 to 24 hours

Refrigerate remaining marinade separately

Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding marinade

Grill or broil, turning once and brushing with refrigerated marinade, until chops are done
