This is a recipe I found a few years ago on the back of a Lipton box. It sounded good (and easy!) so I tried it and it was instantly my husband's favorite!

Ingredients
  • 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (I used the reduced sodium kind)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger (or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger)
  • 4 pork chops, 1.5 inches thick

Directions
  1. For marinade, blend all ingredients except pork chops
  2. In a shallow baking dish, pour 1/2 cup marinade over chops and turn to coat
  3. Cover and marinade in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 2 to 24 hours
  4. Refrigerate remaining marinade separately
  5. Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding marinade
  6. Grill or broil, turning once and brushing with refrigerated marinade, until chops are done
